One of the obstacles the larger companies have as they grow with QuickBooks Premier is the limitation on how you can restrict functions, reporting from staff on the team. My leave is not accruing and it seems to be setup correctly. -----This is generally because in the Maximum Number of Hours box there are zeros in it. This box needs to be blank, or the correct number (ie the yearly limit) to stop accruing. What happens is when you process a pays it looks and sees 0.00 and calculates this has been reached and stops accruing. If you read under the box it says (Leave blank if no limit on hours). This needs to be checked after an upgrade as it has been known to insert the 0.00.
